Stakeholder Dialogue on Indonesia’s Industrial Framework

2026-11-18, 13:30–16:00

JS Luwansa Hotel and Convention Center/ Online

Programme Overview
For German and European companies operating in Indonesia, understanding the regulatory framework governing Domestic Component Level (TKDN) requirements and mandatory Indonesian National Standards (SNI) requirements is essential for maintaining market access, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business and investment planning. At the same time, companies may face practical challenges in navigating regulatory procedures, certification and verification processes, documentation requirements and administrative timelines.

In this regard, the dialogue will provide companies with up-to-date regulatory information and an opportunity to engage directly with the Indonesian Ministry of Industry (MoI), exchange perspectives, and raise practical concerns regarding implementation.

The dialogue will cover the following topics:

•    TKDN regulatory framework: MoI Regulation No. 35/2025
•    Mandatory SNI requirements: Updates on the requirements, transition arrangements, and key implementation priorities
•    Industry dialogue: Exchange of feedback and practical opportunities to improve regulatory clarity, predictability, and accessibility
