The publication "Guide for the Implementation of Cybersecurity Measures for Companies” is the final volume in the series that delves into the importance of cybersecurity in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

This guide contains fundamental cybersecurity concepts, explanations of risk management tools and protective measures, along with detailed guidance on responding to cybersecurity incidents to minimise their impact. Experts from international companies and standardisation bodies developed these recommendations. The aim is to establish an effective and accessible cybersecurity strategy for MSMEs.

Stakeholders in the bilateral group of experts of the project line "Cybersecurity in the context of digitalisation and Industry 4.0" jointly worked on this publication. This initiative is part of the work plan of the German-Mexican Dialogue on Quality Infrastructure. Its primary objective is to strengthen the implementation of internationally harmonised standards in the realm of cybersecurity and information security.  This is to ensure globally secure and resilient value chains.
